Accessibility Statement

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of 7 September, on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016.

Application procedure

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, the decision taken is not agreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may lodge a claim. A claim may also be lodged if no response has been received within twenty working days.

The complaint may be submitted through the General Form on the website of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise, as well as through the other options set out in Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Complaints will be received and processed by the Undersecretary of Economy, Trade and Enterprise of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise.
