Complaints and Suggestions

Please use the complaints and suggestions procedure if you are unhappy with the level of service provided by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation or if you have any feedback which will enable us to improve our service.

How to submit a complaint or suggestion

  • Complaints and suggestions related to the State Secretariat for Economy and Support to Businesses
  • Any complaints and suggestions about another division of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation may be processed electronically or in person at the Registry of the Ministry located at Pº de la Castellana 162 or at any Registry authorised in section 4 of Article 16 of Act 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Authorities.
