• Bachelor´s Degree in Telecommunications Engineer specializing in Aerospace telecommunications from the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne.

Professional experience

• General Director of Commercial Policy and Economic Security since September 2025.
• General Director of Commercial Policy from June 2024 until September 2025.
• Duties related to European Funds at the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration from 2021 until June 2024.
• Advisor at the Ministry of the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge during 2021.
• He worked at the Institute of Fiscal Studies (IEF), an autonomous agency attached to the State Secretary for Finance from 2019 until 2020.
• National expert in the General Directorate for Trade of the European Commission, where he coordinated the EU’s trade and investment negotiations with Singapore and Vietnam from 2013 until 2019.
• Managing trade affairs related to the Latin American external market at the European Parliament in Brussels from 2012 until 2013.
• He worked in the General Directorate for International Trade and Investments at the Ministry of Economy from 2010 until his relocation to Brussels.
• He worked for the Airbus Group, in its aerospace subsidiaries EADS Astrium in Toulouse and in Construcciones Aeronáuticas (CASA) in Madrid prior to joining the General State Administration.
