La Oficina Española para la reconstrucción de Ucrania tiene como misión servir de ventanilla única para las empresas españolas con intereses comerciales en Ucrania. Además de las vías de apoyo financiero bilateral (FIEM, CESCE), hay que destacar el apoyo a Ucrania a nivel multilateral, instrumentado principalmente a través de la Facilidad de Ucrania de la UE, así como las garantías otorgadas por el BEI y el BERD.
