The central and ancillary websites allow citizens and companies to electronically access information about all procedures, formalities and services connected with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
The notion of website was created under Act 11/2007, of 22 June, on citizens' electronic access to Public Services, justified by the "need to clearly determine the administrative website used to establish relations, by promoting a system for identification, authentication, minimum content, legal protection, accessibility, availability and liability purposes". This text also regulates Royal Decree 1671/2009, of 6 November, partially implementing Act 11/2007, of 22 June, on citizens' electronic access to Public Services.
Central and ancillary websites therefore enable citizens to feel secure in their relations with the Authority in question. In the case of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, the following central and ancillary websites have been set up for the purpose of providing all electronic services available to citizens and companies.
