European Investment Bank (EIB) in Ukraine
The Spanish Office for the Reconstruction of Ukraine serves as a one-stop shop for Spanish companies with commercial interests in Ukraine. In addition to bilateral financial support channels (FIEM, CESCE), it is worth highlighting the multilateral support for Ukraine, provided mainly through the EU Ukraine Facility, as well as the guarantees issued by the EIB and the EBRD.
