Datos.gob.es is the national portal that organises and manages the Public Information Catalogue of the General State Administration. This portal provides general information, training materials and current news on the reuse of public sector information.​

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise, in accordance with the provisions of Law 18/2015, of 9 July, amending Law 37/2007, of 16 November, on the reuse of public sector information, makes available to citizens and businesses, through this website, a series of open data sets that can be reused in order to contribute to the promotion of economic activity.

To this end, users accept the general conditions set out in the Legal Notice and shall use the data under their own responsibility, being solely liable to third parties for any damages that may arise from the use thereof.

The open data sets of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise, currently included in the Data Catalogue, are made available to reusers under the basic general modality, without additional requirements.
